Reset your Lotus Notes Password

Password Reset for Lotus Notes can be done if you’ve forgotten your login information, or you know it but want to change it. Note that changing your Lotus Notes password does not change your Passport York password.

If you have forgotten your Lotus Notes username and/or password:

  • Ask your department administrator or manager contact accounts@yorku.ca on your behalf, and ask for your Lotus Notes password to be reset. You will be given a new temporary password which you can change.
  • You can submit a service request yourself (requires your Passport York username and password).
